The Cheese Fair

Hinojosa de Duero has been since years ago the home of the International Cheese Fair. This village has a rooted tradition in the elaboration of cheese Arribes, a product with Certification Mark.

The contest gathers more than fifty cheese craftsmen from Spain, Portugal and other European countries. Coinciding with the Fair, there is a large number of successful activities such as exhibitions, tasting and workshops.

The chosen date for this Fair is always in spring, when the whole region of Arribes del Duero is a burst of life and colour.

A great excuse to visit this splendid place and taste some of the most prized products of Salamanca.
